Internal Combustion Engines Lab. PEC1-ME603L Equipment’s:

01. Single cylinder four stroke diesel engine test rig.

The Test Rig consists of a vertical single cylinder water cooled compression ignition type diesel engine. It is coupled to a loading dynamometer, which in this case is Rope Brake Dynamometer. All the components are mounted on heavy duty M S channel. The apparatus helps to determine various parameters such as brake power, mass of fuel consumption, specific fuel consumption etc.
